RII Projektmanagement GmbH is an independent private investment office based in Grünwald near Munich.
For entrepreneurial families from Germany, Austria and Switzerland, we are involved worldwide directly or via project and/or property companies in the areas of real estate, agriculture and forestry, renewable energies and investments in small and medium-sized enterprises.

Investments

We are driven by the need to source investment opportunities, ensure sustainable access, structure transactions, make them investable in tranches and monitor them over the investment period. We pro-actively seek opportunities in the market in our area of expertise and have an attractive track record. We always try to review and improve our assessments. We invest together with other families and clients through project/property companies in the form of direct investments and co-investments. We follow a deal by deal structure and investment periods between two and five years.

Real Estate

In cooperation with long-standing partners, we develop and realize real estate projects in Germany and abroad via project and/or property companies. We focus on residential and commercial (especially logistics) real estate. Over the past 20 years, we have built up a respectable track record in direct investments and co-investments.

Energy

In close cooperation with institutional partners, we project, develop and realize future-oriented investments in renewable energy sources. Green direct investments in renewable energies make us independent of economic cycles, do not interact with classic investments, generate steady returns and reduce the CO2 footprint.

Agriculture

We develop and realize investments in farmland and forestry because they retain their value on one hand and help diversify investment strategies on the other. In addition there is the fact that farmland and forests hardly correlate with other asset classes in terms of their return development. In the medium and long term, investments in farmland and forests depend on two factors that we consider to be positive and sustainable: Growing food demand and biomass as an energy source.

Private equity

We continuously evaluate potential engagements in a wide range of industries and company sizes and engage in high-tech and low-tech companies alike.

Initiative, continuity and willingness to excel are essential factors if something is to become a success. For years, RII Projektmanagement GmbH has been committed with joy and conviction as a benefactor of Germany Scholarships at the Technical University of Munich.
